Retreat Structure

We custom design a retreat structure to meet your unique needs and goals. The process includes:

  • Assessment and design.
  • Offsite retreat with access to nature.
  • Individual and team coaching sessions prior to and after the retreat.

The retreat itself includes these essential components:

  • Original Inquiry. A close look at the foundations of your organization's success, including the unique strengths and contributions of executive team members. This helps create a blueprint for the future.
  • Attention to Values and Purpose. Alignment of individual values and purpose with organizational values, mission and business strategy. This creates a powerful basis for mutual support, integrity and accountability.
  • Reflection in Nature. Short periods of time alone in nature to reflect. This is a powerful catalyst for opening the mind to new insights and fresh perspectives.
